It’s time for better conversations

The sad truth is 70 percent of organizational change fails. A solid communication strategy improves those odds by making sure you’re having the right conversations with the right people. For more than 20 years, we’ve provided expert counsel and services to organizations in the financial services, technology and retail sectors, helping them enable great brands through great conversations.

Our experience

Why choose Candler Chase

Let’s face it, corporate communications, marketing and HR teams are stretched pretty thin these days. We work with your teams to add the specific expertise they need to support corporate change and brand initiatives. We have the strategists, HR experts, writers, designers, and communications pros who have been there, done that and know how to do it again.

Elizabeth Williams, Founder and President

Elizabeth Williams Candler ChaseAfter more than 20 years as a corporate communications and brand marketing executive, I noticed that organizations of all types and sizes kept on struggling with basic conversations. Like explaining what they do and why it matters, or helping employees understand why the company is making changes.

Through my consulting practice, blog, media interviews and speaking opportunities, I have the privilege of sharing the lessons learned from dozens of successful (and, yes, a few not-so-successful) projects for some of Canada’s leading brands. I work with marketing and HR executives, and other leaders to help their teams create effective conversations that drive business results.

Before founding Candler Chase, I held senior communications and marketing roles with Aon, 3Com, Bank of Montreal, Constellation Software, Rogers Communications and ADP, as well as with boutique agencies and technology start-ups.

I am also a frequent commentator on the workforce and the workplace for CBC Radio, Canadian HR Reporter, 680 News Toronto and NewsTalk 1130 in Vancouver, among others.
